Day 4

Parked in the garage under my building for the first time tonight... holy $&^% "J" at the front desk was right, my Civic is too big! I struggled for real. The contract on my car is up next month, I gotta get something smaller!

Inventario today was serious suckage... I've got my work cut out for me here. Guess I wouldn't be here if it was a breeze...

Why the crap was a there a field burning with big flames on the side of the highway on my way home? Nobody trying to put it out or anything, just burning away while everybody drives by... crazy!

Internet getting installed tomorrow woohoo!

Today's lunch: pea soup, meatballs, pasta, some weird vegetable salad with parsley in it, something they said was chard in English but tasted suspiciously like broccoli-rabe (blech!), and pudding that I couldn't eat even half of because it was too rich.

So there are like 12 cats that hang around outside the canteen looking for grub. Everytime I go to eat a truck has just gone by so most of them are hiding, but here are a few. Hopefully I'll be able to get a pic when they're all hanging around one day. A few of them are really pretty Siamese.
